I would agree that the formalism is straightforward, in that it is easy to perceive, but i think its intricately told and executed in a complex way.

Eh. Neither building is all that attractive, and the one on the right won’t have sunlight in any of the units. The comparison about the two buildings in the original post still stands.

As someone that lives in an apartment building, the one on the right looks far preferable to residents. There’s outdoor space and windows on multiple sides for most units.

An idea i heard to improve baseball’s replay is that the coach should have to call for review without checking with their own video team. Limit it to egregious bad calls you can see from the dugout.
