Oh yeah, it was just somebody that pulled out of a line of stopped cars when I was driving by. I’m assuming they must not have seen me.

The whole shutdown thing was a farcical shit show. I’ll be impressed if anybody pushes them to do literally anything as hard as they push them to keep this performative nonsense going.

They fucked around for over 15 years - and then threw millions of peoples lives in the chaos to try to salvage a half ass Band-Aid that wasn’t even originally put in as a permanent solution, doesn’t actually solve the fucking problem, and doesn’t even help everyone who’s rates are going up

I still do not understand who did the math and thought for a hot second that the people who have been systematically tearing down and burning down the government, we’re going to be bothered in any way shape or form about the whole thing being shut down.

If his party had listened to people screaming at them for the last four years, at least some of this probably could’ve been headed off. He’s awfully snarky for somebody who fucked around and left the rest of us to find out.

Love this one

It’s a shame you lot didn’t manage to find a spine on this for the last 15 years before people started going without food.

Probably the same place you lot will be at the end of this spectacle - silent and waiting for the next time you six figure salary parasites can turn both parties’ combined failures at actually helping anyone into a circus.

Where were y’all in the last year or so since this completely predictable and entirely foreseen problem was set into motion? Where has your party been for the last fifteen years of needing to finish the job the ACA didn’t actually solve?
November 9, 2025 at 10:19 PM
What infuriates me the most is both parties have talked about wanting to fix this problem for the fifteen years since the ACA first went into law, but it seems like it only becomes a “must solve” problem when it can become a spectacle.

Sounds dangerous 😅
