Report by WNEP-TV on results in Lycoming County, PA for a proposal to "Retain Butts", which failed 66-34. Apparently butts are unpopular there by a 2:1 ratio. Or someone named Butts pissed 19,000 people off. Either way, LOL.

Republicans have been calling for crackdowns on anyone weird since Columbine. But now they're calling for trans people to be interned and "studied" after a school shooting. It's disgusting, and anyone agreeing with is my enemy.

Photos from the Raleigh #NoKings protest yesterday. There were ~300-500 people -- some listening to speakers, some circling the block with signs. A Con Law prof from UNC gave a rousing speech, and @ross.house.gov gave a very milquetoast one. Police were chill. Was expecting more turnout, but eh.

Ted Budd, my crypto bro of a senator, just sent me a letter comparing DOGE to Obama's Government Accountability and Transparency Board. Which is hilarious because 1) Obama's org didn't take a chainsaw to the Federal government, and 2) after 15 years, they just can't let go of Obama being president.
