a riff on the original "Permit Crab" meme, this version reads "ULTRA PERMIT CRAB - you may do 100 bad thing today" the text edits are decisively sloppy, and edits include round black sunglasses, a ship captain's hat, and a cigarette protruding from the crab's mouth area. the entire meme is then deep-fried to a crispy red hue. this kills the crab.
