Is this good or bad? Some people from academia say that ai might destroy higher education as a whole.

Looks like he wants to create the conditions to invoke the insurrection act.

Apparently the jets didn’t even have the transponders on, no way to communicate with them. Is there any law that would NOT allow to shoot them all down?

12 whole minutes? That’s like flying over half the country because it’s so small.
September 19, 2025 at 2:50 PM
How long has the left told everyone that trump is an authoritarian, that project 2025 is very dangerous, etc? Ppl would point to his first term and say “nothing bad happened”. Red flags were PLENTY!

Alligator Alcatraz for the losers.

Dude, Trump is now raising tensions within the US (toward a civil war) and deeply damaging the relationships with other western allies, BOTH stated objectives in the cremlin. Russia definitely helped trump win and their return on investment is spectacular.

Still not convinced this admin is not working for ruzzia. How does creating animosity among allies help the American interests? Or even the maga agenda?
June 11, 2025 at 10:04 PM
Ok, it is pretty obvious trump is doing this not because he is just “dumb” or “naive”. Consider that he keeps salivating about trade with russia; it is likely trump and putin are allies.
May 19, 2025 at 11:57 PM
Trump is clearly refusing to use any leverage the US has over russia. One could claim he is doing the opposite: providing putin cover and winning him time/more land.

I can already tell there are comments on social media written by AI. Half of us might be talking to robots, not humans, on the internet now. Is it better for us that we outsource using our own brain to robots? Will not get any smarter for sure. Where is this going to end?
May 19, 2025 at 3:59 PM
But the US haven’t even tried to apply pressure. This “giving up” would just look like cover for abandoning any support of Ukraine. Which is something russia is looking for.
May 19, 2025 at 3:57 PM
But do you see how close the putinists and trumpists are to victory? It’s a day for mild celebration but the work is far from over.
May 19, 2025 at 12:59 AM
This is not even a third rate delegation from RU. I think the message they are sending is clear. I hope the allies have a real response and not just a bluff.

Blanchet is implicitly supporting trump’s attacks on Canadian sovereignty by questioning Canada’s very purpose. It reminds me of Putin who called Ukraine a fake country. In the current geopolitical context, these words are dangerous actually. Similarly, Danielle Smith’s musings are quasi treasonous.

All the while, the followers of the maga movement are being told that they are about to enter the “golden age” , “you won’t know what to do with all the $” and that America “will be respected again”… this is a cult. Facts don’t matter anymore.
April 20, 2025 at 5:15 PM
They’re trying to outsource brain activity, because they’re short on it. And they still came up with THAT?
April 4, 2025 at 3:06 AM
Where is the pressure on russia? Turns out trump admin can only bully the victim. As expected.
April 2, 2025 at 7:35 AM
Even Dems had a slight uptick. This goes to show the power of propaganda. What was once unimaginable can become imaginable very quickly with proper conditioning. The amount of data that has been collected by social media on human behaviour makes it much easier to predict and control public opinion.

Don’t believe it.
March 30, 2025 at 5:53 PM
This whole “angry” at Russia is not believable. The actions do not show that. This is just for show, to legitimize the “negotiations” or the image of the US as a “fair” arbiter between russia and Ukraine.
March 30, 2025 at 5:44 PM
As Timothy Snyder (I think) said, this approach from the US only makes sense if the US does NOT intend to participate in NATO in the future. If you cared about nato, would you even threaten to invade and conquer a fellow alliance member?
March 30, 2025 at 3:56 PM
This “anger” does not sound genuine. It looks like smoke and mirrors to add credibility to this US-led “peace negotiation”.
March 30, 2025 at 3:48 PM
It sounds like the conditions in the deal are so unfavourable to Ukraine that it begs the question if they are intended for Ukraine to reject them.
March 29, 2025 at 3:02 AM
These arguments add credence to the theory of Trump admin being a russian asset. Because so many of its actions do not serve American interests.
