I think it is an incorrect generalization. All people are different, have different skills, backgrounds, starting position, capital, social capital, etc.

So, in a while, I added a new Zillow Search Scraper, which allows you to search Zillow objects via specific criteria. Moreover, I wrote a blog post announcing both scrapers and relinked each with the other.
