Just looked up my 3-br apartment that I shared with friends in Washington Heights in 2010. It was $1,800 then and $3,900 now.

I say this as someone who voted for Kamala, this chart explains why she lost way more than the fact that people on the left were mad at her. It's the idiots in the middle who constantly change their votes who you should be upset with.

I went on a quest years ago for this. Franklin Fountain and Cafe y Chocolate were definitely two favorites. When they have it, I really like the hot chocolate from Milk Jawn, but that's not an all the time thing.

I know being a positive 76ers fan after a loss isn't usually allowed, but I thought that was the best Embiid has looked physically this year, which was heartening to see, even if the shots weren't falling.

Next time you're in Philly, happy to take you on a pastry tour of places within a 15-minute walk of my house that will change your mind - Pop's, Paffuto, Mighty Bread, Machine Shop, Artisan Boulanger, Vanilya, Bloomsday, just to name some of them, and even after we lost Essen.

Should the tribe that lost last night throw the next immunity challenge? If they win, then a Uli will almost certainly go home, and we're likely one immunity challenge away from mergatory. Feels like one of the most no-brainer times to throw a challenge in Survivor history.

Lastly, it's important to note that a friend who isn't a sports fan asked ChatGPT to come up with some options and facts. None of them were even close to Guys! People like Adrian Peterson, Tony Romo, and Troy Polamalu were on the list. It brought me joy that AI can't Remember Any Guys.

One of my friends brought me a box of 99/00 Topps cards, and we opened them on the last night. We got a Tom Gugliotta autograph card, which felt perfect.

It was an absolute joy - many Guys were Remembered. And some, like Eddie Kennison, who had almost fully faded from my memory were resurrected, and now I know some additional facts about them.

They had to come up to me during the weekend and tell me it's Time to Remember a Guy. The parameters were that they should try to stick to a late 90s/early 00s Guy from the NBA or NFL.

I want to love this game. And yet every time our group tries to play it, it drives us insane, and we're never close to the "right" way to solve it.

Oh heck yeah! With this, the capping of 95, the improvements in Old City, and the Chinatown Stitch, there are a lot of exciting ideas for major parts of the city. Just have to hope the money and political will remains to bring them to fruition.

Love having a federal government running by only 10 people, and they're the dumbest possible ones.

Over here. Breakfast at 10, lunch around 2, snack around 530/6, and dinner around 8.
