I'd personally be happy with selling a record and getting radio time.
I would like to be contacted if possible prior to the play, purely for the sake of being able to show friends and be all "look I'm on the radio again", but if that didn't happen I'd still be happy enough.

Nothing wrong with that. I've got a ton of throwaway artwork and I'm on my 3rd run through mixing and mastering my next album.
Sometimes your attempts will simply fail, but the practice is still worth the effort.
You don't have to create a masterpiece every time, as long as you're doing something.

Could you possibly give me a brief rundown of how songtrust works? Is it the same sort of thing as Distrokid and Ditto, or is it an extra element to add on top?
