There's some interesting articles on that site, but when viewed on a phone, the circuits tend to be very small and the site seems to prevent zooming in to expand them.

Even more useful for aligning RF chains in transmitters and receivers :-)

Nice stabilising contextual piece :-)

James thanks for this analysis of wtf the Beeb has been up to. It has certainly felt like a shambles.

Unbelievably little authoritative info, or fronting-up, for such a massive change and with such impact on our listening lives.

Some respect for us rest-of-the-worlders would be nice...!

beautiful creature!

uBlock Origin is a wonderful thing.

It's remarkable how this is being done...stealthily it seems, with a fair bit of disclarity.

Thanks for that. Mr Cridland's take on it sounds much like what a BBC PR would say, not that any have actually fronted up yet.

Missed it! Do you have the UK time of day it was broadcast?
March 25, 2025 at 5:52 PM
Interesting...that's really hard to fathom. Surely something as significant as that couldn't be overlooked?
March 22, 2025 at 11:28 PM
Yes that could explain it, though the communication has been/is still remarkably unclear.
One would hope that a public sector org (purportedly apolitical) wouldn't engage in such devious behaviour!

thanks, I hadn't been aware of that Feedback programme and have just listened to it.
The repeatedly stated absence of BBC management to speak about it on various BBC programmes is incredibly inept. It's sounding more and more like a very poorly thought through change for a massive audience.

As an avid Radio 3 listener way outside the UK this is just awful news. Such fabulous programming and presenters, Radio 3 is something that is inately good, and nothing else touches it for quality.

The Beeb's process of publicising this has been woeful - so much uncertainty, so little clarity.

yay! heaps of fun, and lots of envy for school friends who had a set.

Don't know it, but I know her - she was in A Very Peculiar Practice from about the same vintage by the fashion statements they're wearing.
