This makes sense. Of all the bashings Biden gets, this is the most deserving. By furthering the narrative, and not squashing it, Biden helped engineer Kamala's defeat, imo.

Oh I think I see. BBB in this context is "Big Beautiful Bill," a misnomer about the bill the right passed, with a handful of traitorous dem votes. That's what's funding ICE, not this.
