With the salary they shed/players they didnt't re-sign this off-season because of 98, you're gonna REALLY want that fifth year option for whoever you get this year, because all other rounds are signable the same off-season as Carter and you need to spread that over more than a year.

It looks like a real city! Not all we need is the GCL in South Jersey as well as hopefully extending the PATCO to Penn (pipe dream) to make the whole area better.
