Friday mood: brain’s at 3%, to-do list is still judging me.
I’ve got no caffeine, no plan, and just enough motivation to shut my laptop “strategically.”

I woke up ready to change the world.
Then I checked my inbox and decided maybe just… do some light admin and hydrate.

Every time the sun hits my desk I forget how to work.
Deadlines? Nah.
Emails? Who?
All I want is to sit outside with something cold in my hand and pretend I’m not ghosting my to-do list.
Work is hard. Sunshine is persuasive.

Me: I should really build that welcome flow in Klaviyo.
Also me:
– Spends 20 mins on subject line
– Hates every draft
– Forgets abandoned cart says [FILL IN PRODUCT NAME]
– Shuts laptop. Considers going off-grid.

They said automation was self-care. They lied.

Monday checklist:
open laptop ✅
stare into the void ✅
scroll a little too long ✅
okay, now I’m ready

It’s Friday and, naturally, I’ve saved the biggest tasks of the week for the final sprint.

No caffeine. No sense of time. Just sheer determination and questionable choices.

Let’s see how much I can cross off before the weekend calls.

This week? Overbooked, overwhelmed, and yep… I did it to myself.
Next week’s calendar? Somehow just as packed 🙃

I know better.
But I keep forgetting I’m allowed to build in breathing room, not just tell others to.

My calendar says I’m in 3 meetings right now.
One in Zoom.
One in real life.
And one in denial.
