It's such a special thing, and I'm proud to have made an impact at such an important and creative company.

This role stretched me beyond what I thought possible ⁠– from helping to shepherd record-breaking campaigns to finding resource-efficient solutions to complex technical problems –⁠ all while maintaining the highest bar for creator experience.

Being afforded the opportunity to draw a line between my midnight-hour consulting projects to building the Performance team at Kickstarter has been such a privilege. This company has provided career-defining opportunities in so many ways over the years.

I'm on to my next adventure. While I’ve only been at Kickstarter a short while compared to the most tenured folks on the team, I’ve been a part of Kickstarter's ecosystem and seen its direct impact for years and years.

One million percent. I say nearly every day that ads are an accelerant not a silver bullet. You'll learn way more about your product market fit by talking with and growing your community than spending thousands on ads.
