At illegal wildlife trade conf. In ASEAN, Gov speaker: with previous support from USAID we have significantly increased the regions ability combat illegal trade. Sad to think how much we (US gov) are walking away from these important investments into biodiversity.

Anyway someone can get us the reasons why the Biden administration could t get rebate programs up and running for the IRA for years and are now likely dead. Seems like such a colossal example of failure act due to overwhelming bureaucracy.

I got an email a few years ago from the Carter Center asking about information about growing copepods to study Guinea Worm. I had no idea of Carters work on this until that email. What an amazing legacy. 6 cases this year.
