Am pleased Farage is making more speeches.
Every time he does, something new slips out of the bag.

Today - he is considering a cut in the minimum wage for younger workers.

I'm proud our Labour Government increased the minimum wage. You should be paid fairly for the job you do, irrespective of age.

Proud to convene leaders from the UK Ukrainian community at @aqaeducation.bsky.social to discuss the campaign for a Ukrainian GCSE.

We need the right qualification, but it's also about preserving and celebrating Ukrainian identity.
Thanks to @joepowell.bsky.social and other MPs for your support

For more than 70 years, the ECHR has protected the fundamental rights of millions of people.

I fully support our membership. Leaving would put the UK on a par with Belarus and Russia.

Farage's 'Bill' today was pure symbolism, but we have to keep making the argument for why the ECHR matters.

If we abolish stamp duty, the biggest winners will be those with the biggest houses.

If your house is worth £2million, you save £150,000. If it's £300,000 - you save nothing.

The Conservatives dedicated most of their Opposition Day to this cause in the Commons today.

Irrespective of whether she was freelancing, or speaking for the Conservative Party - Katie Lam is plain wrong.

It's unconscionable to threaten to deport hundreds of thousands of people who have Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK.

This is not who we are as a country.

Great to be in the hall for the Chancellor's speech in Liverpool.

Her central message was that this is a Labour government committed to extending opportunities for all young people.

Through the youth guarantee at home and an ambitious youth mobility deal with the European Union.

Retrospectively changing the rights of people to stay in the UK isn't fair, isn't right and is certainly not the British way.
To Farage they are,"low skilled migrants."
To the majority of Brits, they are our friends and neighbours, working as teachers, carers and in small businesses.

We will not be cowed by Elon Musk.

A man who can't win an argument with his own AI tool (yes, Grok is off for 'reprogramming' again this week) is not going to win an argument about the future of British politics.

"The Covid vaccines have been a factor in the cancer of members of the Royal family".

From the guy who helped to write Reform's 2024 health policy.

Laughable. Dangerous. Surreal.

And wildly out of step with mainstream public opinion.
More than 50 million Brits have had at least one Covid jab.

Richard Tice on the SEND system this week...
"Hijacked by parents who want free taxi transport for their children."

Outrageous.

Just a flavour of what a Reform government would really be like.

I listen carefully to the Shadow Chancellor at the despatch box.
He has much to say about our government, but still hasn't come forward with a single costed policy proposal of his own.
I wish him well for the summer. Let's see if he comes back from Devon with any costed or credible policies...

🏘️The Chancellor announced a record investment in social housing today.

I took the opportunity to raise the MTVH scheme to the east side of Welwyn Garden City station.

My hope is that the enhanced AHP funding will
help communties like mine unlock stalled sites and help get us building.
