Beautiful! I live in Florida now but grew up in New England. Believe it or not I miss cold weather and the change of seasons a lot. I am trying to get out. I just made this my phone wallpaper. Thank you!

Mostly legumes and tofu. Plant based meat occasionally. I like them but they are high in sodoum so not often. Also eat edamame, peas, corn, spinach, brussels..etc that have more protein than other vegetables. I miss trad. a breakfast protein the most. Your cooking looks amazing!

I do plant based but only per doctor recommendation. I don'tmind too much but I struggle to find decent sources of plant based proteins. I'd love to eat cheese and eggs more often if I could. I'm limited to once a week, a cheat day. Sorry, I probably told you more than you care to know.

Back to work tomorrow for me also. I had a long break due to a medical situation. Nothing serious, but it wasn't relaxing. I'd love to be able to extend it a bit more. Happy Birthday!
