Do you think the plan leads to the sale/redevelopment of any of the smaller terminal stations (e.g. LaSalle)? Or are the Metropolitan Rail services running enough frequency to still require that capacity?

How much value could a transit TIF on Goose Island generate? Especially if we allowed Halsted Landing type densities? Feels like you could generate a lot of the local match through value capture on that northern segment.
