The Manhattan Country School MLK March was indeed the place to be this morning. I’m feeling inspired by our 8th graders speakers and ready to work in community with them (and y’all) to build the world they/we deserve.
8th graders at Manhattan Country School introduce the MLK March they organized, with classmates in the background, at Duke Ellington Circle in Harlem. Over 200 people attended the March, which ended at Manhattan Country School and featured powerful speeches from each 8th grader.
