Obviously this isn’t to say that building affordable housing shouldn’t be a priority, but for Providence right now we should be encouraging any and all new housing stock

Sam I’d love to get your opinion on the argument that all housing is affordable housing. The thing making prices soar right now is scarcity more than anything else. Any new housing releases that pressure is good.
