Looks like the SALG site is offline, possibly permanently
Out of Order The Student Assessment of Their Learning Gains (SALG) website is out of order. A vulnerability of the website was recently exploited. Because the remedy would require re-development, the website has been removed from public access until funds and developers are available. For emergency website access, please contact…<support@support.wcer.wisc.edu>. Private access can be granted to existing data. Public access can not be granted to collect new data with instruments/surveys.
