Unfortunately, it's out of “Mastering the Art of French cooking” by Julia Child. Essentially, it's chicken breast in an oven-proof pan that is baked at 400 degrees. 4tbs butter with chicken that's covered in lemon juice, salt, white pepper. Sauce is reduced wine, cream, and left overs in pan.

I grew up on an island and incorporated its cuisine into my cooking. My partner gets upset when I stir rice into her soups. I also used a bit too big of a mold for the rice. Thanks for the questions 😊
