Love that from your Mum!
I waited 53 years to hear Mum swear. She died at age 93 in 2018, my wish unfulfilled. The closest she ever came was "bugger".
Dad not much better. He'd sometimes yell "Bastard!" when driving and I heard him say "shit" once. Neither an F nor a C from either! What a letdown.
