Mine look like this, ie headstrap over the top. Note the headstrap is adjustable to cover a good range of head sizes (I’ve got a small head & it fits me when often headphones don’t)

This was most recent Victorian cases (PCR only, for the few allowed PCR) & % positivity. Wave clearly underway, about 2/3 to 100% as bad as last winter already:
