I’m sorry to report that “Inclusive Excellence” should no longer be considered a “safe” synonym. There are reliable reports that a university in West Virginia recently thought best to abandon the term as a variation of “inclusion.”

Prediction: The newly hired faculty will get to teach the newly required course in "American Civic Literacy," which was included in the recent SB1 Higher Ed law that Gov. Dewine signed last week.
