Just take it easy post-procedure for a day or 2 to allow the puncture to heal. If you don’t you may have the worst headache of your life as the fluid may leak out (been there done that zero stars)

I don’t know if those pumps were OSHA approved (woke up before that was answered), but she was working that shovel like a seasoned professional. Nice to know that if that music thing doesn’t work out, she’s got a backup plan ready to go! Fin.
