I just love visiting farms like these ... A wonderful covering of some snow and their bison and elk lounging and frolicking in wide open space. For a future story about a family business and the nature of farming these unique species at Bearbrook Game Meats.

Something I've enjoyed w/ this platform has been finding comments about/insights into books. I've recently started this rather quirky tome by 1955 Nobel winner Halldor Laxness. Snow, sheep, lots of coffee(!) and Icelandic lore and myth. If you have similar quirky reads, I'd love to hear about them!
