JUST IN - Danco, which makes the abortion pill mifepristone, filed its merits brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse a decision by a federal appeals court that would curb access to the drug. The legal challenge to mifepristone was brought in Texas by anti-abortion groups and doctors.
