I traded in a large portion of my Magic collection over the weekend. Came out with a nice chunk of cash, and some Premodern pickups since that's one of the few paper formats I'm keeping a small collection for.

It really sucks that even after one of the largest single-day Standard bans in history *and* rotation, we still ended up with a Tier 0 deck format. Even for a small tournament, this is very telling of where Standard is headed.

Damn, this is a pushed uncommon! For Standard, I think Delerium and Landfall aggro both give this a look. The downside of giving your opponent a Lander isn't nothing, although if you pressure them well enough, they may not have time to take advantage of the free land.

Before starting D&D, a couple of our friends/players brought us a surprise treat from their pierogi business - pips!
It's basically pierogi dough fried up like chips or pork rinds and seasoned. This batch is garlic parmesan, and they're soooooo gooooood!

I had this comment on my "Control" dub recently, and I wanna remind folks: please don't do this. Having a preference is perfectly fine, but this reads as a backhanded remark towards other VA's in the community. It might not be intended, but it certainly feels that way.
