Why might members of the Los Angeles community of Mexican nationality or ancestry wave Mexican flags (besides the fact that Los Angeles was part of Mexico)? I don't know. Maybe ask these people in my hometown Chicago. I'm sure the upset about Mexican flags is not due to racism.

In Carmel CA near my home, the community surprised her on a bach with 90 dogs to wish her a happy 90th. She took the time to greet all 90 dogs.
