Should I let the Tamiya panel liner sit for a while? If so, how long? And how should I remove the excess. Thank you so much. I tried using this on my F-35, and it didn't work too great, but the plane came out fine.

I have been working on this revell b-17 model. I just finished the base painting, and I am going to go over it soon. My airbrush doesn't use enough paint quickly. Does anyone think they can help me. It takes a long time for a good coat of paint to come out in one spot
