The takeaway i like to get from this is to find the career that has as many of those qualities that you can, and then use the time outside of work to fulfill the rest of those with service/hobbies/volunteering/family/etc

As much as I don’t want to give them credit, insurance companies may end up being the ones to push home builders to switch to ICF, rather than wood frame, which is garbage and outdated in comparison. There’s even a nursery rhyme about 3 little pigs that teaches that!
