Disabled people were 11 times more likely to die from #Covid & made up 2/3 of the final UK death toll @150,000 individuals. This was not a pattern shared in other Western nations.

Disabled people are not vulnerable, but we were made so by the UK's disastrous approach to Covid

I'm celebrating 40 years of freedom and mobility today.

0n 30 January 1985 I collected my first car: a bright red Mini Mayfair supplied by Motability.

I was 18 and it transformed my life. My life and career are built around the mobility it gave me.

In my little red Mini there were no barriers.

It's been thrilling to watch disabled people steadily taking their rightful place at the centre of our national cultural life throughout 2024.

I'm excited about the potential for even more progress in 2025 & the launch of All In.

Wishing my friends a happy new year.

Here's to more adventures!

Celebrating 30 years of our amazing National Lottery with some fellow '90s throwbacks.

I'm proud to have been gleefully distributing some of that £50Billion good causes funding, one way or another, for 21 of those 30 years.
