I still put that at low odds, to be clear. But I think we're going to see Trump dipping his toe into the Andrew Jackson "john marshall has made his decision" waters a bit. I can imagine he's excited at the idea.

I think the court might be inclined to let this fly for different reputational reasons - that if Trump went ahead and leveraged the executive to *practically* deny citizenship to this class of person (no passports, etc), the court would be exposed as toothless.

I think if you take patching, and therefore regular single-host downtime, as an invariant - don't you need load balancing and/or API-driven scale-out/scale-in at a minimum if you don't want to have planned outages?
