The last wardog conversion I completed. The alternate heads from the keeper of secrets are so nice and I’m glad I found a way to pose the torso to make the body flow decently enough.

Now it finally looks like something that can run 14” and tear up anything it collided with 😈

I really like war dogs, but their poses are so static and stocky for walkers that are meant to be fast and dynamic.

This brigand has kicked a space marine against a wall and is ready to search for its next prey, Daemonbreath Meltagun raised!

While living in Liverpool I re-sparked the “Andrew Learns to Draw” spree and blasted through 3 sketchbooks of random thoughts and people watching subjects… most of which usually ended in getting carried away with too many limbs…

Another throwback to when abstract painting was the subject of hyperfixation.

This was one of the earlier experiments with bubbles and surface tension to create organic textures on larger canvases. Ended up titling it Arboreal Strain, which still feels about right to me.

The latest kitbash of jump intercessor jump packs into warp talons, in my version of a night lord scheme.
I’m really enjoying the fade of the turquoise-ish blue to the night lord blue at the corners.
Ready and set to finally get collecting some fresh prey!

Just celebrated 3 years since of being blessed by a teammate I couldn’t have known to wish for. 💛

The clouds were enough to make the 200 iso Kodak gold film struggle a bit, but the sun broke through at times and I love the effect it has. Was heckin wimdy.

Finally got around to adding the Prince Regent of Chaos. Stayed up a bit late, but managed this in under 24 hours which I’m pretty happy with!

290 pts is steep but looking forward to putting his sword to the test 🤺

From early 2022, a super happy period of time 😂. Liverpool was a chrysalis of rain and biting winds for the year and a half I lived there, but there were some definite high points. 🌧️

More recently, the kitbashing and converting my chaos armies has been the focus.

One of the favourites; this War Dog Carnivore normally stands stocky and squat, so I re-sculpted him to be vaulting over terrain and charging his way across the battlefield.

My first work on display in public! This series was super fun, working with bubbles and surface tension to create tactile forms and textures with a sense of suspended motion.
