Stadtbild: auf dem Bürgersteig der Iburgerstrasse, Osnabrück, LEGAL parkende Autos. Eine Anwohnerstrasse, die als Autobahnanfahrt in die Stadt dient. Das Problem: Autos und ihre Infrastruktur. Nicht Läden von Migranten.
