Not bad, very fast, good chashu pork. Gyoza and sides were good. More of a family Ramen restaurant than what most people consider a ‘ramen’ shop. I got the spiciest level but it was not spicy at all. YMMV

I think it’s very cool that Unix based operating systems run both the RPi Slurpee machine and the Solaris GPS/Satellite Tracking and Communications terminals put on US Humvees in early 2000s Iraq/Afghanistan. There’s overlapping code in there somewhere between the two, gotta be.

Very good coffee in Whistler, BC at a place called Alpha Coffee. Like top 10 cappuccinos and espresso I’ve had, it could’ve also been the great weather and elevation but really good. 👍

I almost had this thing maxxxed out at 900/800 but the drives just couldn't keep up. This is with 2 1GB ports both copying SSDs and HDDs to a raidz1 instance. Unfortunately, this is via disk recovery apps, so there is a lot of hashing and preloading going on. It's much better direct off a SSD -> NAS

What about a programmable keyboard like this and then just make a two column 10 key on the left with the custom keys? Then you have more options like split keyboards instead of the one or two options available, where the full ten key is actually available on the left.

A Marathon movie mostly in the style of the 90s game mixed with this new unreleased game would be good. Keep the dry campiness of the original with a little of the new ones hyper rave flair. Maybe a comedic actor as the lead Security Officer or main BoB. Could be what Halo wanted to be, media-wise

This is the mala koterri ramen, at their max spicy level of #4. Black garlic & numbing flavors. Noodles are al dente so you gotta ask for them more cooked. Nice small staff, bus your own table sized restaurant. For a place called Ooink, the pork was very good.
