- Stay updated with latest Ruby/Rails news
- Engage with community-curated content
- Organize and participate in meetups and events
- Build connections within the Ruby community

Counter-Strike plugins, Dreamweaver and some static HTML pages pointed myself to a comp sci direction.
Hated web dev during college, because we couldn't use frameworks, and discovered Ruby on Rails by a rare opportunity provided by one of my professors.
Never looked back.
