Love my Freebooter Fate Crews. They were my second Miniature Range after Battletech and my painting skills evolved sooo much while painting them.
And I love the Pop Culture References in some of the Minis😊

After six months my nephew stayed here over night last weekend, so we were able to make some good progress on the goblin cave. We added some plants to the rocks, finshed the shed for the mawbeast, painted some decoration, built a ladder to the outlook and added sand / grass. Nearly done!❤️ #Nerdlings

Yesterday a dear colleague from our Mexican Subsidiary was here for a visit. It was suuuch a nice evening. I tried to introduce her to my boardgaming hobby and we played Chronicles of Crime. We had so much fun and she really enjoyed it🥰🥰 It was great😍

The second game was Deep Regrets. A fun push your luck game about fishing fish and... other things. Love the artstyle❤️

Had a great gaming day with a dear friend. First game was Maladum. We ended as the most incompetent adventurers in the history of adventuring. Three of four persons packed with loot. All three defeated by undead. The only survivor escaped with only a broken axe. Well, and his life...

...Needing a pause from assembling I started to paint the first Marines. Beginning with the first Ultramarine I wanted to test each Chapter so I also started with the Blood Angels and (uuurgh, how I hate yellow!!!) the first Imperial Fist. ....

... A task pretty far out of my comfort zone, since my experience in reworking miniatures is... limited. If not non existing.
But it worked surprisingly well and meanwhile most weapon options are finished - except the Plasma Guns and all Bolters.

... So the idea grew to replace all miniatures with current Warhammer Minis and magnetized weapon options for the Space Marines Squads.

The Marines were also my starting point. For some weapons I used Kromlech Bits and combined them with GW parts.
