Ordoliberalism - is a German variant from the Freiburg School in the 1930s. The state creates a legal framework, prevents monopolies and cartels, and ensures fair competition. It became the foundation of Germany’s Social Market Economy, balancing freedom with social responsibility.

Constitutional Liberalism - means that freedom is secured only through a binding constitution. The rule of law and separation of powers form its foundation. A classic example is the United States, with its strong constitutional framework and commitment to individual rights.

Political liberalism - emphasizes human rights, democracy, and the rule of law. It defends freedom of speech, religion, and assembly, ensuring diverse voices can coexist. Its goal is to limit state power through constitutional checks, protecting individuals from tyranny and safeguarding liberty.
