The bottom line: Licensing typcially reduces penalties of employees in low- and medium-wage setting contexts.

New paper with Dafna Gelbgiser on the relation of cognitive labor on family-work conflicts is now out in European Societies.

We show that higher shares of cognitive labor are associated with higher family-work conflict for women - but not for men.
