The opinion of the EU CoR on the SGP reform is now available online: dm-publicapi.cor.europa.eu/v1/documents...
It proposes targeted amendments to the original Commission proposal (more inclusive democratic process, more economics-based rules approach, preferential treatment for co-financing, etc.)
