Yes. It bloody hurts when dogs jump up. They can't retract their claws like cats. Our neighbours used to let their dog wander and it was always jumping up. Once it jumped up and left a big bruise and scratch on my hip as well as ripping my brand new Lucy & Yak dungarees.

They're amazing in so many ways that it's difficult to list them all. I used to think I was a dog person because we always had dogs growing up. I was wrong. I still love dogs ( I love all animals) but cats are the best. They make my life worth living.
