Been reading this today. It's a really fantastic & highly recommended for anyone with an interest in data and measurement for quality improvement. And of course it will be featured in the February 2025 edition of the QI Evidence Update!

4. Finally, re the relational aspects of improvement as you say this is crucial. In premeets with some of the nominees they have really focussed on this so I absolutely expect this to feature prominently in the stories! Why don't you nominate yourself and you can share your experiences and insights?

3. We're deliberately using the term hero in some of the comms to highlight & celebrate the contributions improvers are making. We don't say thank you nearly enough! We also hope that it will create excitement and encourage people to nominate colleagues they respect and admire.

2. We often hear about the "what" and the "how" of improvement, but rarely do we get issues into how it feels to be a healthcare improver - to feel the weight of responsibility, to persevere despite the odds, and to experience the profound satisfaction of making a difference.

1. That's a great observation, and you're absolutely right! 100 Voices is all about the human side of improvement, told through personal stories. We want to go beyond the data, the projects, and the methodologies, and uncover the untold stories of the people behind the change.
