Whenever I tell someone I'm a screenwriter they ask if/when I'm moving to LA to pursue it, and tbh after seeing LA firsthand I think I'm going to continue to try to go after it from Chicago

To be fair we usually only get like 4-6 groups of kids, so not a *lot* every year! But it’s still a pretty noticeable drop. Honestly I’m wondering how many families in my neighborhood stayed home over ICE fears
