He's an 83 year old misogynist currently on his mea culpa tour. We can do better. Sen. Duckworth, Sen. Chris Murphy, etc. are far more suited for this moment. Time for senior leaders like Schumer and Bernie to pass the baton to the generations that are actually going to be alive for the fallout.

Admittedly an unpopular opinion here, and I really want Schumer out, but Bernie's older than he is. Bernie should sit down too and let the young folks talk. AOC, the Castros, Buttigieg, Abrams, et al. The ones who'll be alive in the aftermath of this shit.

I'm not sure I've ever seen anything as condescending as a horrible white woman standing in front of a roomful of people, many of whom have lost their jobs, and calling them hysterical because they want to know what their elected official is going to do about it.
