Turkey brine simmering away. When cool, it will be strained and then placed in a 5 gallon bucket with the turkey and ice for 24 hours. Oops looks like I forgot one of the barcode stickers on the orange. Good thing it's basically edible, although I did remove it and the brine is still simmering away, LOL no germs shall invade my turkey Scratch made ham glaze simmering/ reducing. It will be strained and put through blender before used on the baking ham Giblet turkey stock simmering/ concentrating in preparation for turkey, gravy, and stuffing. It too will be strained before use
