I was a software developer for a long time and then all of a sudden I wasn’t.
No, never met but reading this post brought back a lot of great memories. Even finding RbtR and Rockywoods. Btw, one way I provided some internal structure so it keeps its shape is using the grosgrain tape to bind the internal seams.

I wear a Kask but that’s because I went to my local bike shop and just tried every helmet on until I found one that fit.

I’m 3D printing positive TPU models, pouring pottery plaster over that to make a mold, and then pouring liquid clay into those molds. There are clay 3D printers! www.instagram.com/eazao3d

Yeah separate mold and then attached after de-molding.
