I don’t believe the individuals involved don’t understand technology. Particularly during its inception, panels with various stakeholders, including Apple, were convened. Apple does has every right to challenge the law in court. Agree that we are merely testing the waters. IMO the Mac is the goal.

Massive Dummheit. Ich kann es mir nicht anders erklären. Bei mir daheim wurde CSU gewählt, gegen eine Reform der Schuldenbremse und für Atom. Ich musste erklären, warum das nicht so passieren wird… als hätte man ein Glaskugel. Aber die Grünen wollen uns ja Fleisch und Autofahren verbieten 🤦🏻♂️

As an apple enthusiast I welcome this changes. I believe apple can compete on the basis of merit instead of arbitrarily limiting 3rd parties. I hope the EU takes a look at apples 3rd party AppStore and sideloading on the iPhone
