What inspired you to volunteer with ANDPA?
Due to my lived experience as a neurodivergent individual I care about creating more inclusive environments in libraries, both for patrons and employees and have a personal interest in making these spaces more inclusive for autistic individuals.

🤝 Sharing Lived Experiences: Our members value learning from each other’s experiences and stories. Hearing about the challenges, successes, and differences our community experiences helps create a safe and supportive space where lived experience is valued, respected, and uplifted.
