Nobody warns you that when an avoidant person (me) starts actually communicating instead of disappearing/holding it in/ shutting down, you cry all the fucking time. Like, it's so annoying like can you just talk like- damn it's never that serious but my nervous system don't know that.

This World Series my first time watching 7 full games of baseball from just checking Google last year for scores because of Shohei Ohtani.
